Any experience with Volunteer Training On-Line?

    Has anyone had experience with Volunteer training in an on-line format?  I'd like to look into utilizing this as a way to communicate with volunteers to inform them of new topics, retraining, etc.

    I have all of my volunteer orientation and annual training on line.  If you would like to take a look at it go to my website at www.saintjosephvolunteers.org and click on Orientation in the left hand column. I have found this method to be EXTREMELY effective, and time and cost saving.  I also have most of my volunteers complete their annual training online as well.
